Preity’s reason to smile!  [18,Nov,2006]

We like Preity Zinta most for her attitude. In good times and bad times. After a string of successful films over the last two years (Veer Zaara, Salaam Namaste, KANK), after a long time one of Zinta’s films hasn’t really created records at the B.O. People would assume Preity would be feeling really low, but the original bubbly babe of Bollywood won’t let the Jaan-E-Mann effect bog her down for really long.

Preity Zinta is Chilling Out  [17,Nov,2006]

Preity Zinta is chilling out these days and seems to be in no hurry to sign films. She's happy with the way her career is moving. Very few actors can claimy to be selective about their films and still maintain a high success ratio. Preity is also happy about the fact that she's played two diametrically opposite characters in both her releases this year, KANK, and Jaan-e-Mann, and is looking forward to her next, Jhoom Barabar with Abhishek Bachchan and Bobby Deol!

Preity Zinta “I’ve come back from London loving Abhishek even more !" [16,Nov,2006]

Preity Zinta recently returned from London , where she's shooting Shaad Ali's next ‘Jhoom Baraabar Jhoom' with Abhishek Bachchan and Bobby Deol. “The long absences make me love my country even more,” said Preity, who however loves traveling so much but living out of suitcases for so long is a sheer misery to her. However her experience in London remained very funny and sweet since co-star Abhishek Bachchan, with whom she shares a very special bonding, accompanied her throughout the shoot.

“He's amazing to work with,” Preity gushed with glee.

Ness-Preity in a mess ?  [12,Nov,2006]

Rumours are flying thick and fast that Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia have split. Zinta and Wadia have not made any public appearances together in a really long time. Plus, Maureen (Ness' mother) has issues with Preity.

Yes, it's Preity Zinta. Now what?  [9,Nov,2006]

When Preity Zinta wanted to go for an audio release of 'Guru', she found her driver was absent. So, she asked her cousin Inder if he could drive her down to the event. But she was unaware of that Inder's car didn't have dark tinted windows. Throughout the way onlookers exclaiming, "Look, look, look, Preity Zinta.' Tired of holding her face for long, she looked at them and said, "Yes, it's Preity Zinta. Now what?" She wished if she had a towel, she had put it on her head!

Bollywood remakes invite support, lawsuits from Indian screen stars [8,Nov,2006]

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta is a fan of recent remakes of classic Hindi movies and will not rule out starring in one herself, a news report said. 

Zinta, who has starred in several blockbusters in the past eight years, told The Times of India she would love to portray a classic role. 

"Don and "Devdas" are two popular recent remakes, and several more are rumored to be in the pipeline. 

Preity Zinta  No marriage plan for  now ! [7,Nov,2006]

Preity Zinta's last two releases – ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' and ‘Jaanemann', based on the twists and turns of marital relationship. In KANK, the story revolves around the extra-marital relationship, whereas in ‘Jaanemann' a man and a woman fright hard to save their marriage. Personally, Preity doesn't believe in extra-marital affair.
“As per myself is concerned, I like the idea of a film in which a man or a woman struggle hard to save the old relationship instead of opting for another one,” said Preity in a recent interview.
When asked about her marriage plan she said, “I don't see it happening it tomorrow or the day after.”
We think, Preity's boyfriend, industrialist Ness Wadia also isn't in hurry like Preity.

Preity Zinta has decided to take a break [7,Nov,2006]

Preity Zinta is roaming around the world for a year now. So, she has decided to take a break. Currently, she is shooting for Shaad Ali's 'Jhoom Barabar Jhoom'. "I need to chill for a while. I want to meet my friends and spend time with them. You need to rejuvenate and start afresh sometimes in life," she expresses.

Preity Zinta doesn't want to talk too much about Ness wadia ! [4,Nov,2006]

Preity Zinta doesn't want to talk too much about boyfriend Ness Wadia, but she chats about her upcoming holiday.When asked about the latest controversy about her boyfriend Ness Wadia, beating up some security guards recently, Preity Zinta firmly says, "No comments."

"I don't want to comment on this because I think if I talk it will only get undue importance," she adds, for good measure.
